Skate Creek field trip toured six sites, including old growth, riparian reserves and a completed Aquatic Organism Passage.

Pinchot Partners hosted the field trip with Cowlitz Valley Ranger District personnel on Sept. 21, 2022. The group then caravanned on Forest Road 4725 to focus on six sites including:
Site #1: Riparian Buffer
Site #2: Old Growth Conditions
Site #3: Aquatic Organism Passage (AOP) in progress
Site #4: Damaged culvert
Site #5: Completed AOP
Site #6: Early seral habitat creation and assisted migration test plot
